Domestic Shipping Rates:
- Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $99 qualify for free standard shipping.
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $99, a flat rate of $6.99 will be applied.
- 2nd Day Air: Available at a flat rate of $24.99.
- Next Day Air: Available at a flat rate of $34.99.
Special Considerations:
- Free Next Day Shipping for Florida Residents: Florida residents qualify for free next day shipping.
- Exclusions: Our shipping policy is valid for the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.
Processing Times and Order Fulfillment:
- Same-Day Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped on the same day if placed before our cut-off time of 3:00 p.m. EST.
- Processing Delays: Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Billing Issues: Certain billing issues, such as AVS mismatch or unmatched billing and/or shipping addresses, may cause delays in order processing.
Shipping Times:
- Delivery Time Frame: Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise indicated.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is processed, SUAREZ will email your shipping confirmation, tracking number, and order information for your convenience.
Delivery Conditions:
- Signature Requirement: All orders are delivered by default with "no receiver's signature required." Customers requesting a "signature request" must contact our Customer Service Department, and any additional charges for this service are the customer's responsibility.
- Shipping Start Time: The shipping time frame begins when the order leaves our warehouse, not when the order is placed.
Additional Information:
- Sales Tax: Sales tax is only charged for orders shipping within the state of Florida.
- Carrier: We use UPS or USPS for all our Continental USA shipments.
